Dr. Carri Anderson, DC
Dr. Carri has a passion for healing. She also has a specific interest in structure and function of the human body, studying exercise and evolutionary biology and nutrition in her free time. She is a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate of 2010 and out of a class of 100 students, she was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award. She enjoys seeing a wide range of patients from neonate to geriatric.
She is a member and has served as president of both the Oregon Lions Club and the Oregon Chamber of Commerce. She is an active volunteer in the community and with the Oregon School District.
In her free time, Dr. Carri loves spending time with her teenage daughter, her family and friends, reading, eating, hiking, and adventuring wherever she finds herself in the world.

Joseph Helfrich, LMT
Joseph has been practicing Massage Therapy in the Sauk Valley area since 2008. His interest in the field includes deep tissue body work, sports massage and massage accessibility. One of his favorite parts about being a massage therapist is being presented with a new riddle to solve. His goal is to help others find their peace through therapeutic touch.

Debbie Gale, Chiropractic Assistant & Office Manager
Debbie has been a CA at Alpine for over 8 years, and currently has taken on Office Mgr. duties. Except for the first 6 years, Debbie has spent her life in Oregon. She has an Associates of Science and a Medical Coding certification, along with other studies in Biology and Health. She is married to Mark (36 years) and they have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Along with volunteering in the community and at Oregon schools, Debbie worked for the Postal Service for 20 years before joining our team. She loves most sports and outdoor activities, exercising, and spending time with her family and friends. She loves the care and compassion Dr. Carri gives patients on a daily basis, and her vision for the clinic. Debbie was a patient at Alpine before working here, and Dr. Carri has helped her keep her body mobile leading to a very active liftestyle. Debbie loves her community and is happy and proud to be able to work here, especially being able to help people feel better, and see them happy and improving their lives.

Jamie Cullor, Chiropractic Assistant & Billing Specialist
Jamie is the newest member of the Alpine Team. She is passionate about the great outdoors and enjoys foraging, gardening and wildlife. Jamie refurbishes and restores vintage and antiques in her free time. She is excited to be a part of an upbeat team and grow with us at Alpine.
